William Lerner
CEO/Owner of New York’s Largest Family-Owned Parking Structure System. Philanthropist & Founder of Billy4Kids, Donating Shoes to Children Worldwide.
William Lerner serves as the President and CEO of iPark, formerly Imperial Parking Systems, New York’s largest family-owned parking garage with over 100 facilities throughout the metropolitan New York area. Having actively worked at a young age in the parking garages his father founded, William learned the true value of strong work ethic. Soon after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business, William entered the family business to aggressively redevelop all operational functions ranging from financials to overseeing all technological transitions. He quickly began expansion through acquisitions of much sought after properties in the New York real estate landscape. William’s business expertise continues to place iPark at the forefront of the parking industry’s technological evolution.
William Lerner has been actively involved in charity work for over 20 years. One particular charity he holds near and dear to his heart is Billy4Kids. Aware of how blessed and fortunate most children in the United States are to have basic necessities, William utilized his resources and created the nonprofit organization with the sole aim to provide shoes for underprivileged children around the world in an effort to prevent infection from parasitic diseases. His dedicated work and devotion earned him the Humanitarian Award at the Annual Edeyo Gives Hope Gala in 2014. Bill has also received recognition and appreciation from St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children the last three years, where he serves on the Children Board of Directors.
When not working, William Lerner can be found kite surfing, skiing and traveling the world, but his ultimate passion in life is his family. William is a proud husband and father of three beautiful children. Though his time can be consumed with iPark and additional projects, William always makes a tremendous effort to be a constant part of his children’s lives and to guide them from childhood to adulthood – this is where William’s true reward lies.
